Delivery Policy

Drone Lanka ships to all destinations in Sri Lanka. The buyer/receiver should pay the cost of delivery before the delivery. 

Estimated Time of Delivery

  • For Local Delivery – 1-3 Business days
  • Pre Order/ Back Order Delivery –  10 – 20 Business Days
There can be delays more than the estimated time of delivery due to unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, local customs clearance delays and domestic & international issues. Drone Lanka is not liable for these delays and no compensation will be provided.
 

International Shipping  – We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.

Refusal of Delivery – If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Drone Lanka. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original payment method for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided – Packages returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Drone Lanka will only accept returns under “return & replacement service” on those products that have the original proof of purchase and the original package (with unbroken seal) it came in, unless after opening, an obvious manufacturer defect or broken part has been discovered and reported in writing within the specific time frame which is mentioned in Aftersales & warranty policy section.

Customer should inspect the product carefully before re–shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return.

Customer should obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)  prior to initiate the return shipping. Drone Lanka will not accept or be liable for any returns sent back without obtaining the RMA.

Customer will receive free two-way shipping for products which are eligible for return & replacement services and warranty services.

Drone Lanka will not refund any purchase that is made through dronelanka.com, via mobile, via Whatsapp, via Facebook or via email. 

Drone Lanka will not refund for the following circumstances.

  1. Change of Mind
  2. Product no longer needed
  3.  Size Mismatch

Drone Lanka will provide refunds only under specific circumstances where Drone Lanka has the right to approve or reject refunds.  Upon the approval, refund will be credited through the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.

Customer is liable for the payment method fee, original shipping charge and return shipping charge for the products which are eligible for refunds.
